I have seen a number of psychiatrists, but have never had the incredible care and compassion that I have received from Dr. David Clements. When I first met with Dr. Clements I was skeptical because I have had a lot of negative experiences that left me on many psychiatric medications that were not working for me. I suffered from Opioid Use Disorder for a decade until I met Doctors Clements and Bigman, who offered me the option of opting into FDA-approved buprenorphine injections; the cure for opioid dependency! I am a couple of weeks away from celebrating my 5th year along a successful recovery journey. My young adult son began seeing Dr. Clements a few years ago during a very scary hypomania event. Dr Clements was available and saw my son right away. My son trusted him immediately as his demeanor is respectful, professional. but warm. He has been his psychiatrist ever since —and my son is leading a very normal life with the help of one medication after a few trials. My prayers were answered when Doc Clements became his doctor.
