Here are the details: • On 4/14/2023 at 1:45 PM, I had a root canal performed by Yvette Burns, at Southeastern Endodontics Office in Hamilton Place. • I presented to Southeastern Endodontics 2 dental insurance cards (enclosed Blue Cross and Blue Shield of TN (a private plan) and Blue Cross Blue Shield Network S (an Allstate Employer Plan) for the billing of that service. • I asked the billing receptionist if I owed anything at checkout. RecommendedI had my first root canal today. Dr. Brock did an amazing job. He kept me informed through the whole procedure of what he was doing to the tooth. I would highly recommend.
where to begin? They worked to get me seen as quickly as possible. Once I was in the office this morning, there were courteous professional staff at every position. The place runs like a well oiled machine. I was seen by the endondists as soon as I was seated in his chair. x-rays were taken as soon as he entered the room. Dr. Brock has performed two root canals for me and two for my husband. Each time was wonderful. No pain. In and out in 30-45 minutes. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Excellent experience!! Definitely recommend.
There are friendly, efficient, explain things in detail and will make sure you are very comfortable.
Dr Brock and his entire staff are caring and professional. Nobody wants to have a root canal, but if it is a necessity I recommend this practice highly.
