Jackie is fantastic and very thorough.
I usually don’t post reviews but my appointment at this place a few years ago was shocking. Over an hour late…. Think our appointment was about 5 minutes at best? The way she talked to me (I was a teenage girl) was so belittling and made me feel even worse about my psoriasis. There were male interns that she wanted to have in the room to learn which I understand but I was a teenage girl and not completely comfortable being undressed in front of these young men I didn’t know. Once the waiting time could be quite long but I've been seeing Jackie for years (decades) & this has certainly improved. I've had a few issues but nothing serious.
I've seen 6 skin specialists over the last 20 years and Dr Robinson is the best by a mile
Kind and friendly staff. Dr Robinson is not just highly experienced,knowledgeable and professional ,she is very caring and empathetic towards the patients. She has been my family dermatologist and I'm very happy that we found her!
