Dr Robinson is an excellent doctor who is very thorough. However, she is always running late. Once for over.two hours. Her nurses are king, caring and helpful. But she must have the rudest, dismissive receptionist in Australia. No one could be worse. The website states to ring and the receptionists will endeavour to help. Very thorough. Excellent service
A few years ago, first (and last) appointment, I was told to immediately have 3 moles removed. I refused as I wanted to take time to think about it. I was told that I was irresponsible, not thinking about my family, and that I might only have a few weeks left. I still have those 3 moles today. Worst dermatologist experience of my life.
Dr Robinson, has to have some intelligence as she is a doctor but how can she be so incompetent at running a business because at the end of the day that’s what she does provides a service for a fee she doesn’t do it voluntarily or for free she provides a service and charges for it, must be more difficult running a business than being a doctor.
