Very thorough. Excellent service
A few years ago, first (and last) appointment, I was told to immediately have 3 moles removed. I refused as I wanted to take time to think about it. I was told that I was irresponsible, not thinking about my family, and that I might only have a few weeks left. I still have those 3 moles today. Worst dermatologist experience of my life.
Dr Robinson, has to have some intelligence as she is a doctor but how can she be so incompetent at running a business because at the end of the day that’s what she does provides a service for a fee she doesn’t do it voluntarily or for free she provides a service and charges for it, must be more difficult running a business than being a doctor. Jackie is fantastic and very thorough.
I usually don’t post reviews but my appointment at this place a few years ago was shocking. Over an hour late…. Think our appointment was about 5 minutes at best? The way she talked to me (I was a teenage girl) was so belittling and made me feel even worse about my psoriasis. There were male interns that she wanted to have in the room to learn which I understand but I was a teenage girl and not completely comfortable being undressed in front of these young men I didn’t know.
