Horrible service. Quick to take your money! I ordered a Speed Queen washer and dryer they delivered the day before yesterday. The washer had a leak and was defective so they took it back. The dryer needed a harness and the guy didn't have one on his truck. They couldn't deliver again until today. My husband and I both work so my mother in law went to meet them at the house we just purchased. The guy showed up and said someone is living here and didn't even leave the washer at the house or talk with my mother in law. IM VERY ... read more
Jason Foley has got to be one of the best and most personal salesmen out there. Always doing what he can to make sure that everything goes right. He’s not just out to make new sales, he will make certain that you want to keep business with him. Whether you’re a builder of new homes or a single buyer, trust that you’re taken care of when that man walks in the door.
Ordered a piece for my fireplace before Thanksgiving, finally got it in and it was broken. They ordered another one and said it would be in, in two weeks, still not in now saying it will be after Christmas. Poor customer service, the sales person will not return my calls, so I’ve been playing phone tag the whole time. Never going here again after I get my part if I ever do get my part. Looks like no fire at my house for Christmas!
Ashlyn & Leighellen were great - found a microwave and trim kit that fit perfectly and had it delivered in 2 days when several of the "big box" stores couldn't make it happen. Def looking forward to doing business with SE Appliance in the future.

A big shout out to Neville at Southeastern Appliances & More. He was very helpful to me in selecting all new appliances for our house renovation. He was very knowledgeable about all the appliances! You don't get that kind of attention and expertise at Home Depot, trust me. Their prices are very competitive. I recommend them to everyone!!
