Felt pushed off and never got BD points or rewards sent in. Overall not happy with client experience or expectations I thought it would be better
While the office staff is very pointe and their customer service is on point I would not recommend this place if you are transgender and looking to have top surgery here. I didn’t receive the service we discussed and to fix it I have to pay additional for what was suppose to be done the first time. Great office and people just not good for transgender top surgery.

I love getting my Botox and lip injections done by Melissa
I suffer from Melasma and have tried EVERYTHING. The VI Chemical Peel is amazing and I am finally getting results. Thank you to Kayla, who is the sweetest and explains everything in detail to make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend getting a peel if you have any pigmentation problems.
We all have imperfections, things we just don't like about our appearance or changes we would like to make all in an effort to feel confident, beautiful, satisfied and happy. Dr Troy Austin is awesome, he Madeleine me feel beautiful at my consultation and after my first procedure he made my appearance beautiful too giving me confidence. He and his staff all are so fun; a joy to be around! I will definitely be back!
Everyone from the front desk to random staff members passing by were so kind and welcoming. Tricia was knowledgeable and made my first experience very comfortable.
I have had 2 visits at Southeastern Aesthetics so far and I cant say enough great things about this entire practice! From the moment I walk into the office, I am greeted with smiling, friendly faces who are extremely welcoming. The atmosphere of the office is inviting and serene. I visited today for Botox and Juvederm injections. They were all so friendly, the place was clean, and the employees were able to answer my questions leaving me confident in their services. I barely felt the needles, but the idea of the needle made me slightly dizzy. They were quick to get water and make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. I highly recommend this place. I will be back.
