I had a procedure last week and Dr. Austin was great . His staff is always so friendly and helpful and never make you feel bad for asking questions. All of my questions have been answered and I never felt rushed at an appt. Dr. Austin was great about asking me questions on my goals and telling me the process of what comes next and what to expect. I highly recommend Dr.Austin and his team , they are fabulous !
I’ve had a procedure done with this office, the women in the office are super friendly and inviting. They always make you feel like family. Dr Austin is great at what he does and is very informative. He doesn’t just tell you what he is going to do, but he also explains why he does it one way and not the other. I recommend them to all of my friends and family and I’m already planning my next procedure with them.
Dr. Austin and his staff surpassed my expectations. His staff are absolutely wonderful. These beautiful, intelligent, compassionate girls have been nothing but helpful and a joy to get to know. They were always a call away to answer any question. Last but not least, Dr. Austin is truly an amazing surgeon, his knowledge base, skill set, and lively personality makes him one in a million. I cannot express into words my gratitude and deepest respect I have for all of you!!!
from the very first appointment I was made to feel very comfortable. Dr. Austin has a great since of humor and quick wit. Erin is so sweet and compassionate and spoke with me as we were friends. Brooke, Briana, and all the other ladies always have a smile and make the process so comfortable. They should call the place Cheers because everyone knows your name and you're not just going to be another case.
The staff in this office are very friendly and helpful. I s/w Brooke, she was very cheerful and pleasant. Dr Austin is a great surgeon. I will definitely be back and will send all my friends and family too!
