My dog had surgery here, and while they did mention that complications are possible, I never expected the level of irresponsibility we experienced. We are very thankful to Dr. Maria Jaramillo and the SEVN team for their care of our golden retriever, Summer Rose. During our visit, Summer had a CT scan, and Dr. Jaramillo took the time to explain the findings with patience and clarity. From the moment we walked thru the doors at Southeast Veterinary Neurology, everything went quickly & smoothly. All the Staff was very cheerful, polite and professional. When we entered the exam room, they had actually written on the wall board, "Welcome Abbey" which definitely brought a smile to our nervous faces. The group was easy to reach, doctors explained everything well, everyone was kind. It was a great experience. My only negative is the 3% fee for credit card transactions.
