I'm not 90 and can hear just fine. Not everyone is comforting yelling their issues in front of 20 other people. Never again. I'll make the drive to Memphis next time where they treat you in a more professional manner and timely manner as well. Ashley was extremely amazingly awesome and professional though I must say.
