How many others out there have the paint on their RAV4 cracking all over the place?
Very disappointed. I bought my car chr 5 years ago, the warranty expired. A few months ago my hood started to crack. I didn’t understand what was happening. Toyota never removed the plastic of the hood, I payed a brand new one. I love my car, and looks horrible now. They are not taking responsibility, they sold me a car that wasn’t ready. I didn’t call before because I didn’t see any problem . Extremely disappointed. Make sure you don’t have a plastic in the hood
Customer service is Inefficient and rude to boot. I called about eight months ago and updated my residential address on two accounts. The woman named Maria didn't update either, and they sent my title to an address I haven't had for over five years. Today I called to resolve the issue, and Sofia told me I "have" to go to a state office to request my title because I never called to update it, thus doubting my word. “Very poor service. The representative treated me disrespectfully and they mishandled my account, charging fees without explanation. I do not recommend this service.”
I'll just say that Toyota will never ever ever ever get another penny of my money again! I have bought Toyotas for 40 years! I've never had a problem with them but as soon as I have a problem with them I saw what they're really about! It's really a shame to say but Toyota has gone completely downhill and maybe their customer service was bad. I don't know they're kind of like the Maytag repairman.
