We have never had a more unpleasant experience with any purchase in our lives. We bought a Bosch refrigerator from Southeast Steel and had problems as soon as it was delivered. The water and ice dispenser didn't work and so we had to have the circuit board replaced. We noticed immediately that the water had a bad taste but determined it was coming from the ice. EXCELLENT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. We needed to replace our old dishwasher. We checked Consumer Reports who rated Bosch dishwashers as being among the best. After not being able to get anyone in the Appliance Division of the two big lawn and garden stores to even answer the phone multiple times at several stores, we tried Southeast Steel. We did an entire kitchen remodel for my son's home in Orlando. Being from out of state, I was fortunate to discover Southeast Steel Appliance Warehouse. We were looking for a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. We spent hours researching for these appliances at Best Buy, Lowe's and other places to find prices comparable but none of the places could guarantee all three products would be delivered at the same time in order to complete our kitchen remodel. Lausy customer service I was attempting to buy a new range and microwave ($2000.00). I called Southeast Steel to get some pricing and was comparing this pricing with a few others local companies. But suddenly while speaking to the company rep I was told to just come in. I explained that I live 45 minutes away and I do not want to do this because the items I was searching for were not available locally.
