Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The doctors are so knowledgeable and answered all my questions so thoroughly. I’m really excited about hormone replacement and I made a future appointment for facial treatments. Drs Hilton and Robinson, Jennifer and Tori we’re super! I actually am excited about going back!
The nurse I met with was amazing! She listened to all my concerns and got me set up on a regimine that has finally addressed my needs that I've been searching for, for years. Additionally, she gave me follow up suggestions to optimize my skin care routine. I will definitely make this facility my new go to med spa.
Jen, who performed by hydra facial the last 2 times is very kind and compassionate as well as knowledgeable. She is determined to make each experience the best possible experience. While I was at my last visit I also spoke with Dr. Robinson about other non surgical options for achieving a more youthful appearance and he was gracious in offering his opinions on what may be helpful, even to the point of "testing" a method while I was in the office that very day . Dr. Robinson has had my trust for years. He is a great doctor and a genuinely good person. He has surrounded himself with a great team and offers a great experience.
