In mid-May 2024, a tree fell on my house. My insurance company referred me to Southeast Restoration, and at first, they seemed great. That quickly changed, pretty much right after I signed their paperwork. The water remediation crew came in and threw all my kitchen items—cabinets, countertops, sink, everything—into my garage with zero organization or care. Southeast Restoration is by far the best company in Augusta/Evans Georgia for mitigating damage to your home and property. We have used them several times, and I would give them 10 stars if I could. They respond quickly, work with insurance companies, and always leave everything perfect.
Discovered we had a leak somewhere in our exterior dining room wall, including mold. Contacted Southeast to find the problem, and make the necessary repairs. Our dining room wall was completely removed, and reconstructed. Thought the problem was fixed. Same problem occurred again, but they were unable to find what was causing it. The young men who came in and worked were very respectful of me and my home. They were very well versed in their job, answered all my questions, and genuinely seemed to care whether or not my problem was fixed. They have great attitudes and work ethics and I am grateful that they came.
