This was the worst experience ever. We began our insurance claim with Chad. Horrible at communicating and I do not know where he found the guys that he brought in to do the flooring. They were the farthest you can imagine from being professional. They removed our existing flooring and started putting the new flooring down without cleaning the debris from the old flooring up. RecommendedThey (Karl) were very pleasant to work with,. Karl came and explained everything to us. He came when he said he would. He always made sure that we understood everything he was telling us. Gave us different options. He was very friendly. He had to work between 4 of us girls & he did a great job. All of us girls really liked him. They cleaned up, didn't leave a mess. Very professional and he was very educated about everything. St. Farm/ Restoratiin got our job done!
These guys are amazing! I came home to my house completely flooded by my hot water heater, in the attic, which had completely bottomed out. Needless to say I was in PANIC MODE sloshing around in soggy drywall and insulation from the ceiling. I called and they were out within the hour and came in and got to work immediately.
