My insurance company recommended them as one of ther "Preferred Service Providers" and I wish I had never gone with them. They missed damage caused by my water damage, then when it was seen and the Project Manager said they would replace the bad wood before overlaying the flooring on top of it, they did not. They raised the bad wood and scabbed it into place with a 2x4 downstairs and there are lumps in the vinyl flooring and they didn't even cut the laminate to underneath the floor moulding!
