Absolutely perfect. Diane made us feel safe from the start. She even ensured we didn t miss any money by finding a tenant when the other left. She reached out to them in California. She knows all the laws. She always keeps in touch even though we re overseas. Awesome.
Ive read these reviews and I just want to say that ive had the exact oppisite experience with this company. Diane is wonderful and very easy to work with. Some people just think their entitled to the world and she doesnt have the world she rents homes. I would and have reffered this company to everyone ive come in contact with who was in search for a home. So Diane pat yourself on the back i think that youre doing a wonderful job.

I would just like to say what a wonderful, wonderful person Diane is, if it were not for here we do not know what we would be doing today. We were in a financial downfall due to some unfortunate circumstances, and she stepped right in and took the reigns with our house and made sure we were not done wrong. For years we have rented from here before we bought the house, and we were always, always please with our home! This company is very unprofessional. We rented from them for 1 year and a few months, throughout that time we had a few maintenance requests. I would always have to leave a message and no one would ever return my calls, we gave up after awhile and fixed it ourselves. Upon move out, we expected are deposit back in a timely manner, again no phone calls are ever answered or returned. It has now been 27 days, legal law is 30, Diane whom works there just keeps telling me its on her desk, she will get to it when she gets to it, sh... read more
