Policy is Not to Negotiate Left there dissapponited today after finding a nice patio set and was willing to pay all that I had left on my credit card. Company stated that the labeled prices are as is and their policy was NOT to negotiate. Point blank period. 200$ on a 4500$ bill is what they were unwilling to part with. First furniture store I have ever seen unwilling to negotiate. I will take my business elsewhere and suggest you do as well.

Nightmare We purchased a pool from them and was instructed that the pool would be complete in two weeks. Two weeks later we were told it will take two and a half weeks just to it in the store. When I spoke to a female manager and explained that if I would have taken this long I might have spoken with other dealers. She told me that if I would have done my research I would have known that it would not have been complete by his time. I thought that's what I paid them to do and be truthful about the information. I've been a happy customer for 22 years. I purchased my first pool from Oasis Pools Plus in 1987 and bought another one from them in 2003 when I moved to a new house. I buy all of my chemicals and supplies from them and have always found the staff helpful and very nice. A couple of them know even know me by name. They are locally-owned but have the professional feel of a national company. Do business else where!!!!! My grandmother bought a pool from Oasis, in hopes it would improve my Mother's health. It turned out to be more of a headache than it was worth. The installers did not bring the deck and hand rails. The installers also left a tremendous mess for my 86 year old grandmother and my ailing Mother to clean up! The fellow I spoke with said that the installers are not part of Oasis and was sorry. I asked him also about the deck and hand rails, he told me he would do what he could to get them brought out.... read more

Pools Oasis Pools Plus is the best place to get swimming pools, swim toys, patio furniture, spas, and hot tubs. They also have great coupons in the local magazines.
