Dr was great! However the service at the front desk was plain, it was like she didn't care if you was there or not. Filled out all of the paper work online and still had to give insurance and licenses when I got there. She wasn't a freindly face or smile to welcome you has a new patient, the nurse that helps the doc was snappy, I'm hurting and I still managed a smile.
This office is so pleasant! They get you in on time. They inform you well when you ask questions. Every part of your plan is made clear to you. Amanda and Drake are the BEST! Not to mention Dr. Joseph himself and the staff. I would never suggest going anywhere else. Love them!!!!!!!
This office is amazing
Dr. Joseph's progress note for my consultation was sent to my PCP. The beginning of the note was all completely wrong. It read as if it was another patient. Then, further along on the note, he states that he gave me a medication that was never given nor discussed. All of that was on top of the behavior of the receptionist who clearly didn't want to be there, even stated as such to me, and seemed bothered that I was checking in for me appointment.
