I have lived in my home for 9 years. I have paid my rent on time every month for the past 9 years, I keep my home CLEAN, and barely put in work orders because it is a “problem” when you do. There have been 5-6 property mangers since I have lived here. The most recent property manager is very rude and unprofessional. My air has not worked for 4 days and I put in a work order and never heard back from the office.
