Communication and follow up is horrible. They don’t pay vendors and bills for their clients. They wont answer questions or help people. You are far better just dealing with people directly rather than going through them. What a joke.
This place is a joke. It's not for mental health at all, it's a court appointed chop shop for offenders... If you go voluntarily, you well be met with ZERO scheduling, Angry and incompetent staff, and barely if any transportation available. If you seek mental health, this place will make your life WORSE !!! Plus they won't see you for mental health unless you say your addiction to something... most of the staff just play camp counselor, then use anything you say against you. I visited this behavioral health clinic today and had a disappointing experience. The receptionist was very kind, and I arrived early at 1:30 PM for my 2:00 PM appointment. I completed the paperwork before 2:00 PM but had to wait until 3:00 PM to be seen. When I was finally called back, I was taken to a room right next to the reception desk, where I could hear everything happening in the lobby, and they could clearly hear me as well.
