They have the rudest most unprofessional receptionist. She’s literally the only person they could get? I would really understand why no one would ever visit this office simply off of her lack of professionalism. I’ve never seen nor heard of anything like this. You’ll call and while talking she’ll put you on hold with no warming. She’s very rude and seems to lack common knowledge such as when a patient request an itemized list for their bill.
