Horrible customer service. They are not equipped to take care of the properties they manage. Very unresponsive when it comes to service requests. Our apartment has been without air for over a week and when called I was told by China, "They don't have the tools (freon, etc.) to fix the air" and didn't even have a date when they would be able to service us. Was placed on hold while contacting her supervisor then she hung up. No return call. My children are waking up with nosebleeds because of the heat and now we will be seekin... read more

Raises rent continuously. Costs less to move out and move back in than to transfer to a smaller apartment so does not appreciate loyal tenants. Would not recommend
