This place really is a pure joke.
Therapists there are awful, and the nurse practitioners make you see a therapist knowing how bad the therapist are there. I get better help at urgent care and that's saying something because urgent care sucks too. My health has gotten worse since I started going there,and a week after leaving the place I started feeling a little better. Health care sucks in the Ohio valley.
Went for an ADHD evaluation and ended up being treated like a drug seeker when I asked for another option when the NP tried prescribing me antidepressants. I was evaluated by another facility in the area, diagnosed with ADHD and given cognitive therapy. Just because someone tells you no to a drug you are pushing does not mean they are a drug addict. Wouldn’t give this place a rating an all honestly if I could. Their caseworkers are very ignorant and rude especially one I had in the past before I started going to a different health care place. This place is an absolute joke and I wouldn’t be surprised if in the next couple of years they get shut down, they’re already starting to lose a lot of clients who have all had similar complaints like mine. “You’re care team” They don’t care about you like they say they do and they’re not willing to work with you about your concern... read more
