Bianca and Ericka have been the most kind professional and fair managers we have been with them for alsmost 5 years now. Working for them has been a blessing to be able to take care of my mom at 91 and they have a job to do but they also treat us with kindness and are always firm but fair and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to work for seniors for at home care and for anyone who needs care for their loved ones. Top notch company and done with kindness and always respect which goes both ways.
I do not recommend this company. For the past two months, I’ve had repeated issues with delayed and incorrect payment. When I called to ask for clarification, I was spoken to rudely, yelled at, and eventually hung up on. No one should be treated this way for simply asking about money they are owed. Professionalism should always remain especially in a company that provides care services. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company to care for my family or manage caregivers.
They are not a dependable company. I asked them to provide me with my W-2. I was told they didn’t have it due to it being older. I later asked for their company’s EIN for a previous year (2019) but they are refusing to after asking me for all of my current personal information (SSN, ID, address, DOB, name). They are claiming not to have any of my information in house, when they do their payroll in-house (their words).
