I was there for 12 days with. Ruptured Achilles heel. The hospital was very good. But the physical therapy was programed more for older people was very understaffed. I had been in therapy with TKR and it was spot on. The one behind Flowers hospital . I had l therapist for 29 days. It was very intense not a visitation but my knee is very functional now.
While the good people of SE Health worked to ‘fix’ my father, lack of patient care and little quality control, led to 4 inch blisters on top of each foot, only discovered five days after admission, upon his discharge. There was no attention to these blisters and he was told to take care of them at home. While he looks like his feet have suffered third degree burns, and he can barely walk due to excruciating pain, we are glad to have him home and NOT under your care.
Care is not up to standards
I would like to give a big shout of appreciation to the members of our lab team at Southeast Health Enterprise Clinic. The calendar recognizes this as National Lab Week and I will not let this week end without telling our lab staff how much I appreciate them. Our team works hard to make sure all of our patients are taken care of. They are diligent professionals and I want them to know how much they add to the medical field. So, to Donna Eline, Misty Mcbay, Crystal Townsend and Courtney Dunn Pennington thank you for everythin... read more
doctors and staff goes above their duties
I had a very pleasant ER experience on 4/7/19. Everyone took great care of me. I was finished with my visit in about a hour and a half, with the knowledge that my L radius was broken and to follow up with southern bone and joint. The only thing I can think of that would help with improvement of visits is staff presentation of themselves. Someone would approach me and I wouldn’t know what department they were from or their title with the exception of the radiology dept. overall I had a very good experience.
I recently had surgery and had as wonderful an experience as surgery can ever be. Nurses and doctors were kind and attentive.
4 hours in waiting room didn’t see anyone but was being discharged rude an refused to let me speak to charge nurse
they could have more nurses so the patients could have better care and nurses have better attitudes. My son was in this hospital for 2and 1/2 months and cane home for a.few days and had to go back for more surgery. All this time they did not get him out of the bed. The only baths he got was with a bath cloth and a pan of water. I have lots of complaints about this hospital. My son died in this hospital wanting to be transferred to Flowers.
