I was in recovery room from 6:00 in morning ..until 7:00 at night . They take me to my room ,after back surgery & hit a pillar , the door I get to the room .( none of the nurses wore gloves ) I had to ask them for the apparatus that keeps you from getting blood clots & for breathing .. then the guy who smells like a garbage can ..takes my blood pressure “ hits me on the back “ my husband yelled at him to leave the room.. then nurse take IVS out & did not apply pressure & jerks it out of my arm & blood went everywhere.. all o... read more

RecommendedMy husband had an abdominal aneurysm repair this week. The nursing staff, physicians, OR staff, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We could not have asked for better care!
RecommendedNo one likes to be in the hospital but the nurses are great.
The food that they serve to the patients is AWFUL! You would expect a hospital this size would have set things up a little better to make sure that the patients would have decent meals while the cafeteria is being renovated. The food is cold and taste awful by the time it reaches the patients. Come on, Southeast Health, you all need to to do better, but the patient care for one of my relatives has been good.
Where do I even begin? Most of the people are just absolutely judgmental, inconsiderate and plain rude. I wish I could get the email to the director of the hospital. I have had nothing but Negitive experiences there. Terrible cruel nurses and doctors.

RecommendedWe had to bring in our 5 yr old with a badly broken arm, to the ER. I felt like every nurse on the floor, wherever we went, was there just for us. We felt confident that he was in great hands! We were all treated like family, and received swift and excellent care! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our boy! Everyone was so wonderful with him ❤️ We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, at such a scary and traumatic time!
if you're sick it's best not to go to the emergency room here because you'll be there all day. I had an emergency last night and took my daughter there and it took 3 hours just to see her for something that took 5 minutes to do and on top of that it took an hour for our discharge papers. I've never in my life! I won't be going back! Also who let's a patient with a broken arm sit in the lobby for 2 hours without being seen?? That's ridiculous!
