Great staff, DR.Charr is a little aggressive but it worked on my diabetes to get a1c down. Bad communication from scheduling.bad wait times. Out of pocket is high too after they stopped taking my insurance
Dr Badre is so friendly and helpful. She cares about her patients, always wants to know if any issues are happening, and if so she makes changes to help things better. Always a pleasure.
I feel like Shawn could have written my review for me. I received my referral to this facility in December 2023. No one answered the phone until MARCH!!! When I finally did reach someone, I was told I had to send over my medical records. (Would have been nice to know that 3 months ago). So I sent over my medical records. Another month goes by and when I call, they suddenly have no referral for me anymore. I was told they reject referrals after 3 months. Dr. Kristen Orendorf is the BEST!! Friendly, thorough, and helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could. I wish I felt this way coming out of every doctor’s office. You can tell she actually cares about her patients and wants to help them. She was beyond friendly and helpful, and actually spent about 30 minutes with me making sure I had everything I needed. Will literally reject your referral with no explanation or reason given and never tell you; no call, email, text, letter, or anything. Will not answer the phone of someone who's referral has been rejected so if they're not answering your call try calling from a different number. Wouldn't even bother trying with these people, you'll just get attitude and snarky remarks from reception. Better off driving elsewhere, it'll save you time.
