The PA, “Rainey” in the ER, is EXTREMELY RUDE, non-professional, and does not care about her patients! She made me feel worse than I did before I ever walked through the door. I feel that she purposefully said things to scare me, and had no bedside manner at all. One of the nurses , “Jana” was also extremely rude and non-friendly, and she fed off of of the P.A.
