Personable and competent. Can't beat the price. Always come when expected. When I had a problem with sugar ants, they came the same day and took care of it. Great customer service.
Excellent company. Technician always on time and very through. When there were issues, sent professionals who remedied situation.
I am in the first (and last) year of my contract with this company. They are to spray inside and outside for bugs, etc. They do not come at the designated time. Worse, the technician does not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. He simply leaves his card, pretends he cannot gain access, and goes away. After 2 months of this, I complained to the supervisor, who said he, himself, would come at the designated time. He did not. The same technician continued to come and act as noted above. Untrustworthy and unreliable firm.
Hired South East Florida Pest Control to spray one tree for an infestation. They sprayed flowers and bushes that was not asked for nor needed the result being the bushes and flowers are dying. The bushed are black and the flowers are pitted from the chemicals. Spoke to the owner Dave M. stated he assumes no responsibility.. I am now faced with the cost of replacing bushes and flowers. I would not recommend this company
