Paul came to our house today to help look at our gas fireplace that hadn't been used in 3 years. He took the time to clean out the unit, repaint the inside, replace the rockwool. The fireplace looks brand new. Thank you for the quick service and quality of service.
We had a newly constructed home what no one had ever gone over anything to do with the fireplace. The builder basically did nothing in regard to how anything in the home worked. I learned SO much from your technician Paul and he was happy to go over those items in addition to resolving the problem we called about in the first place.
