They sold me a defective fan blower. Installed at the end of September 2019. I ran it from December 2019 - February 2020 (three months) and it was a very mild winter. At the end it was making some noises but I didn't think much of it. I fired it up again in October 2020 and it was making louder noises. I called them up and guess what? It's out of warranty! They want to charge me a service call fee on top of a replacement cost! Over $400 for a piece of junk that lasted three months. Buyer beware of this company.
RecommendedSoutheast Fireplace recently serviced my gas logs. Mitch did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and left everything as clean as he found it. I highly recommend this business!
I bought a new construction home in 2013 with a fireplace installed by Southeast Fireplace. We have had them out to service the fireplace annually. We had an appointment for today...time frame given 9-11 a.m. Keep in mind we called a month ago and they were booked out until today to come out and see why the fireplace would not stay lit. I bought a new construction home in 2015 with a fireplace installed by Southeast Fireplace. I’ve had a recurring problem with the fireplace turning one side of the mantle and stonework black after being on for a short time. I highly recommend Southeast Fireplace for any of your fireplace needs from install or even technical Support. Another company had installed my Logs originally and they never worked correctly. I stopped in at Southeast Fireplace to explain my issue. They were super nice and scheduled me a technician to come look at them. The technician was super nice, laid out a blanket to protect my floors and immediately identified the problem that was wrong with them. Highly recommend Southeast Fireplace! Office staff was very professional and promptly scheduled an appointment that worked for our schedule. Service professional was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of our fireplace. We will definitely go back for all of our fireplace needs!
