Branch Manager Kim Card is outstanding. Although she was confronted with numerous tasks, she took the time to complete my loan process without hesitation. I am very appreciative of her hard work and dedication to superior customer service!!!
I am trying to move my business away from Wells Fargo, so I arrived with all of the required paperwork ready to open an account. Instead of handling the process while I was there, I was informed that I would need to leave my paperwork, wait for a phone call, and then return later. For someone who lives 50 minutes away and is trying to run a business, that is not a very practical process.
