We have banked here for a long time and never experienced the rudeness at the drive thru that we have in the past year. There is a gentleman that works the drive thru that has no business in customer service. Never may i help you, thank you, have a good day….just nothing. RUDE!!!! Franklin location on South Royal Oaks
Megan Lacas and her team at SFCU are exceptional. Their customer service is top-notch, as well as follow-through and communication. I continue to be impressed with SFCUs technology - #1. I have done business with them for several years. I highly recommend this organization.
I have had to follow up three times with Tiara for an auto loan. The agent was unable to do the math and I had to ask twice if she was factoring certain aspects in. Then I had to explain my calculation. For the .25% rate savings it is not even worth my time to deal with the trouble of explaining/applying.
Megan is the best. i do all of my financing here with her. Excellent customer service and always above and beyond.
