Malik was very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding the loan repayment process
I’ve called this place multiple times, and unfortunately every time I end up speaking with Julian. Each interaction has been rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant. His tone comes across as irritated and condescending, even when customers are being polite and simply asking questions. What’s most frustrating is that when I ask to speak with someone else, there seems to be no understanding or professionalism about the situation.
