We have banked here for a long time and never experienced the rudeness at the drive thru that we have in the past year. There is a gentleman that works the drive thru that has no business in customer service. Never may i help you, thank you, have a good day….just nothing. RUDE!!!! Franklin location on South Royal Oaks
