Amazing personal service! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! I have been going since I was a child and now I take my baby. Holly at the front desk is the warmest, friendliest, most knowledgeable person you'd ever want to meet! She is absolutely amazing!! Dr. Pash-Lohr and Dr. Lohr both take the time to actually listen! Great Practice - Need Better Nurses Dr. Susan Pash-Lohr is great! She is very friendly and so is Holly the receptionist. They are truly knowledgeable and approachable. When they say they are going to call the pharmacy or fax you info, they do it. My only complaint is the nurses, which seem to turn over regularly. Many of them seem fresh out of school and are more timid than you are being at a doctors office. I just wish they'd get some more experienced nurses that are able to put patients at ease and are a little more knowle... read more

Great Practice! Dr. Lohr and his wife are wonderful! The office staff espicaly Holly are great about getting you in as quick as possible. Once when I was awaiting test results Dr. Lohr tracked me down at 9pm to make sure I didn't have to wait another night.

Great Doctors/Receptionist that makes medical decisions I have never had more confidence in my personal physician than I do with Mark Lohr. As others have said, the "vibe" here is human and honest. The only complaint I have is that the receptionist seems to believe that it is within her expertise to pre-screen (in a medical sense) patient concerns. Wouldn't recommend! I have been trying to find a good family doctor, but it seems like I have no such luck! I had my first appointment with Dr. Susan Lohr for a physical. I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to my health and I always want to know for example what my blood work numbers are. After having my physical Dr. Lohr did not return my call as promised to follow up with me regarding the results, instead she had her nurse call me and brushing me off, like I was imposing on her time... Caring, Warm and REAL people My family has gone to SE family physicians for close to 20 years. The doctors (Mark Lohr and Susan Pash-Lohr) are a great couple, who have a very calm, easy-going, "real" human interaction with their patients. They are not afraid to make referrals to specialists as needed, and will consider the least invasive treatment before simply throwing pills at a problem or passing off a symptom as not important. It is OK services. I have been with southest family physicians for about 4 years now. I feel their services are OK. No big impressions on them. But no bad impressions on them, too. There was one time that they made mistake on my appointment, so that I had to wait about 45 minutes to see a doctor. I was not very happy about that. Other than that, it is OK.
