The townhomes are out-of-date and in need of renovations and dire maintenance. The Lowes’ pride themselves with “high rental placement” percentages but I’m afraid it’s only due to the demand, cheaper quality, and affordability. There are not many townhomes available in Saraland. And unfortunately, the Lowes are rarely available when needed. They tend to communicate through secret letters placed on doors during the night. Do not rent from these people. Steve and his wife are never available. They only show their faces on the day rent is due. They are never to be found when an emergency comes up. This complex is full of drama. Drugs, fights, unattended children, and unsanitary living conditions. The apartments are outdated and need major repairs.
