This amazing staff was so sweet. Being raised christian made me super worried and ashamed of what I was doing but they understood how I felt and made me even laugh at some points. They answered all the questions I had and made a very welcoming environment. They even alleviated the pain of a fingerpick because i’m scared of needles. Another woman came in and left before me with a smile on her face. Thank you so much for this amazing experience that I am no longer so worried about.
The staff from the receptionist to the doctor was great! They made me comfortable as much as they could. Doc was in and out in no time, i love the way allowed me to have my moment😂 no judgement zone. So if you are looking for great service this is the place for you. Thank you guys
I visited this location last minute. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk seemed reluctant to assist. I had called the national number for a discount on services prior to coming, but she was unable to find it in the system, which caused a longer wait time. I was already upset due to the nature of the services I needed, and her lack of concern or comfort made it worse, making me feel like I was a bother. They were very nice and timely! Very thorough with explaining everything and answering any questions I had.
Would highly recommend, I drove 2.5 hrs to be seen they got me in quickly and everyone was very polite and kind throughout the whole experience.
