This builder is refusing to honor their builder warranty. There are multiple issues relating to the landscaping on my new construction home that are causing issues with drainage and the septic system. This builder is by far the worst builders you could imagine buying from. That one year warranty that they give you, it just goes right out the door they do not live up to it. I have had issues with my floors since day 1 and going into my year the issue still has not been fixed. Floors are messed up with darker spots everywhere and nails sticking out. They will not take the time to even listen to the issues you are having, they just blow you off as soon as you start talking and tell you they are not going to do anything for y... read more
They do not back up work that is poorly completed by subcontractors. A dishonorable company owned by a greedy human being. New home, less than a year old with hardwood floors falling apart. They admit the flooring is bad but refuse to replace or repair.
