RecommendedWith the exception of one person we had to deal with, I cannot express the gratitude I have for the staff at SE. My daughter went in Friday, in labor, and had our Leap Day baby. Baby Z ended up having to room in NICU for a couple days due to swallowing meconium and amniotic fluid. ALL the nurses in NICU melt my heart, as well as Dr. Caruso. RecommendedThis is the second time we have been on the surgical floor in the past month. I have to say, the staff: nursing, student nurses, everyone has been very professional, polite, helpful, cheerful and nice. They have exceeded any and all expectations. We are going for another procedure in a few hours and I wish we were coming back to this floor but I’m told we will be moved to the new heart pavilion. Hopefully, things are as awesome there.
We havr Dr. Leland for my girls and he is wonderful!! Super friendly. Never dismisses my concerns. Very positive and supportive. We have been with him for years. Southeast Peds has a great bunch of doctors.
