Absolutely horrible leasing and property management company. Their team, from officers down to leasing “agents” are completely incompetent and it seems their recent reviews reiterate this review. In short, I contacted the “agent” for a rental unit in a plaza that I was interested in. Or tried to. Back in mid December. Matthew simply didn’t return calls or emails, or messages from his own staff, because his daddy works here and is a “higher up”. Meredith Vogel is the absolute worst leasing agent I have ever experienced from our initial conversation thru phone and email she had a negative attitude,the day of the walk thru finally arrives once again negative energy poorly dressed.Meredith had very little knowledge of the space could not answer simple questions of cam and psf rates basic questions she know to answer right off the bat. Management if your seeing this get rid of her quick !!!!
Must not be doing too well because they're not paying their bills, at least the one I have for them.
