Totally scam, keep asking pay the payment without offering any service . Do not trust any of them, they have taken $275 already but never returned . Never recommended
Please read the google reviews twice before driving and sign a lease with them! When I moved in 2019 under NP dodge it was an awesome experience they cared about their tenants. Unfortunately when wassco took over the apartment complex they only bought them over because it was cheap and wanted to make profit. They shut off our utility meters and started charging 43$ flat rate to all the tenants in order to make profit. Heaven is pretty amazing! She was a lot of help Ever since I moved any! Great place to live and very quiet! Maintenance is always quick to help when something goes wrong! Thank you so much!
Sally in the office worked very hard to help us get into our future home, communicated well, very personable. Even with some hiccups on our end the process was made virtually stress free by her. Clean and well maintained community, properties like these are getting harder to find in Bellevue.
The place is falling Apart. There is mold in the utility closets. They have water problems quite often. They call kids using chalk graffiti. They don’t fix anything. My door hasn’t locked properly since I moved in. The office is rude and condescending. If something is damaged they don’t care they leave it.
