Heaven is pretty amazing! She was a lot of help Ever since I moved any! Great place to live and very quiet! Maintenance is always quick to help when something goes wrong! Thank you so much!
Sally in the office worked very hard to help us get into our future home, communicated well, very personable. Even with some hiccups on our end the process was made virtually stress free by her. Clean and well maintained community, properties like these are getting harder to find in Bellevue.
The place is falling Apart. There is mold in the utility closets. They have water problems quite often. They call kids using chalk graffiti. They don’t fix anything. My door hasn’t locked properly since I moved in. The office is rude and condescending. If something is damaged they don’t care they leave it. They don’t work with you at all they love threatening eviction. It’s like their joy although they can’t even fill the place up. Neighbors always being rowdy and told to call the cops.
