Every contract renewal they increase the price and there should be 2 parking spots per an apartment space the parking spots should be numbered according to address amid the space with a towing threat to prevent people that don’t pay rent or live there taking up parking spots and dinging damaging others residents vehicles ….. for the amount of rent we pay and increasing we should have washers and dryers installed and that would benefit Waco because they can now turn their washer and dryer building into new apartment spaces … ... read more
Great place to live! Heaven and Shane are great at what they do. They manage the property really well. Clean,Safe,one of the best properties to rent a townhouse in Bellevue instead of a “Luxury Apartment”. They even have events every month and are very interactive as a community.
Nice quiet neighborhood and the apartment is simple but has all our needs. Had only 1 issue which was addressed promptly. I would recommend if you want a simple place to live.
