The property is clean and inviting. Management is professional and kind. The units are spacious, affordable and well taken care of. Pet friendly is a plus. On property laundry facility is nice.
I have been here 3 months. So far I love it here. Maintenance is amazing. No issues with neighbors.
Every contract renewal they increase the price and there should be 2 parking spots per an apartment space the parking spots should be numbered according to address amid the space with a towing threat to prevent people that don’t pay rent or live there taking up parking spots and dinging damaging others residents vehicles ….. for the amount of rent we pay and increasing we should have washers and dryers installed and that would benefit Waco because they can now turn their washer and dryer building into new apartment spaces … ... read more
