My dental visit today went surprisingly well. Why surprisingly you may ask? Simply because the Hygienist Ann immediately informed me that the Dentist I would normally see was unable to come in today. Ann quickly informed me that if anything warranted further professional consideration, another Dentist could be called upon. I said that sounds perfectly acceptable. I called and said I think I lost a filing in one of my front teeth. You were very helpful and got me in the same day and fixed the problem.
Dr. Meta and his wonderful staff quickly identified and resolved an issue that came up on short notice. Prompt, courteous and very professional. A very high standard indeed!
We are very grateful for a very pleasant experience. We have been patients of Dr. Gearhart for years and now that he is at this new office we were more than satisfied. There was a misunderstanding about the scheduling time and the amazing staff accommodated us so we were assisted as originally scheduled. The dental hygienists were also outstanding. From delicate but good questions at office visits about my current health and habits. To very good inspections of my teeth outside of x-rays, to working with me on insurance and billing.. Southdale and Dr. Mehta have met my needs. I appreciate that you have faithfully guarded my oral health.
