Dr. Telander and assistants are very thorough and professional. Also very informative in recommending further treatment to proceed with. The office staff and dental assistants are very personable and professional. I am so glad I made the change a few months ago to Southdale Dental for my dental care.
Karen has been my hygenist for more than 12 years. She is friendly, efficient and gentle.
From the moment I entered the office the service was great. I could tell they really cared about the quality of their work, and they really went the extra mile to make sure my teeth were healthy and clean. I appreciated their effort and, despite dreading the dentist, was happy with the results and service.
Everything went well, clean and timely in the waiting room. Ashley was great, i would say the best person I have worked with since 2009. My only questions is my bill, i missed it there. Working with my flex account, cleaning was about $90 and Jim seeing my teeth about $60...Correct? Also I like the that day discount on my bill. Is there a bigger discount for green. Sign me up. I had a great cleaning with Nancy, who is my regular hygienist. She is so clean, and thorough. I believe her quarterly appts. with me help to ensure good gum and teeth.
My experience was excellent as usual.
As always, I was very pleased with the service.
Karen did an excellent job at not only handling the hygiene, but answered all my questions professionally and courteously.
