this has happened to me before and i always plan on making the first appt of the day to avoid this happening again, but somehow i thought it wouldn't happen and made an 11AM appt. I hurried and left a meeting i was in and got to the office at 10:55 so i would be on time. I was taken back for my cleaning at 11:20. My hygenist did a great job and I really enjoy her and also the dentist who checked my teeth, but next time i WILL make an 8AM appt. Dr. Mehta is awesome - communicates well about what he's doing and made my experience with getting a "repair" done, very painless and easy.
Everyone does an excellent job of providing a great trip to the dentist. Barb the receptionist, Ashley my favorite hygienist and Dr. Mehta make it enjoyable.
As always, I found Debbie & Dr Jim to be veyr helpful & sensitive to my needs & my teeth. Mark Scannell
Got a cavity filled (plus old filling repaired). As always, no issues, no sweat.
Janet did a wonderful job on the cleaning and answered all of my questions while being friendly and helpful. Tom was professional and interested as always.
As usual my teeth were cleaned with care and thouralness. Its amazing to me how timely their operation is. As soon as the hygienist was finished the dentist appeared. The exam was completed timely and with care as well. I had another dental issue to discuss . The dentist gave me a couple of options including what he would do. They expedited the insurance inquiry. All and all I felt very well taken care of.
GREAT JOB AND VERY ACCOMMODATING TO ONE WHO IS A TAD NERVOUS IN THE DENTIST'S CHAIR....
