Yesterday I got my new tooth -- the dental implant started months ago is now complete. I want to thank both Dr. Raymond for his painstaking perfectionism -- it wasn't quite right, so he elected to send it back to the lab -- and Joy hand-delivered it, missing her lunch to return it so that my appointment was finished in time for a critical afternoon meeting. I really appreciate their flawless teamwork and high quality work!
