I didn’t catch the name of the absolutely wonderful male nurse that worked with my daughter today, but he is so amazing. He was wearing a highland cow scrub jacket and I just know he loves what he does. He made my very shy 2 year old feel comfortable and safe and gave her a vaccine and she didn’t feel it at all. I will recommend him to everyone. We also saw Dr. Tamte and she was great, as usual. We have never had a bad visit with her over the past 7 years. She is an incredible doctor. Thanks Southdale Peds!
Before our pediatrician, Dr. Oster, retired last year, we had great experiences with Southdale Pediatrics. Now, we arrived 5 minutes late for an appointment to see a new doctor, and was told that we would have to reschedule because the new doctor's other patients had shown up early. I offered to stay later and have my child be seen after the other patients, but they refused. We started coming to Southdale Peds before having our second baby after a bad experience with a local family practice. Our sons LOVE coming to the doctor because the nurses and staff are so kind. Dr. Hagen is wonderful and really takes extra care to ask questions and get to know your family. We’ve had nothing but good things to say. I can’t recommend Southdale Peds enough ☺️
We’ve been coming here since our child was born and have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. They always are able to get us in same day and the nurse line is great as a first time parent. All of the providers have been excellent and so kind, happy to have found this place for our family.
