Very speedy when it comes to maintenance requests! And always leaves a note! So nice!
My wife and I needed emergency plumbing assistance after the toilet twice overflowed and our bathtub backedup. The maintenance person came within 30 minutes or so of our request. He worked on the problem for 30 minutes or so until he determined that he needed assistance. Both worked on the problem for and hour or so, discovering that another nearby apartment was also affected. They did a FANTASTIC job on our tub and aink and toilet. All works well now!😀
Very responsive. Polite and respectful.
