A while ago, i was delivering and had visited this building. Once as a doordasher. My experience was very unpleasant. The stench of the place was vile and quite literally smelt like someone had died, rotting. Seeing the interior of the apartment’s themselves didn’t help either. Not to mention something felt very off and unsafe in this apartment building. My toliet is old and stained a the toliet seat gets loose here and there. So i would like a new toliet. Just hoping eventually some better tile in the bathroom and kitchen and newer plumbing. The rent / utility bills keep on increasing and my place needs repairs and updates that mangers/ maintenance refuse to do anything unless it's broken or if a tenant moves. It was a Friday night and the toilet had gotten plugged further in the line. Somehow, the toilet would not stop flushing. I called the emergency maintenance line and the person who called back said this did not meet emergency requirements. This would need to wait until Monday morning to be resolved. Since the toilet did not seem to be functioning, I asked both what was I supposed to do and what constitutes an emergency.
