My dental assistant was excellent! She showed me how to better floss my teeth, suggested I use Biotene for my dry mouth and did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth! I believe her name was Ashley, ?? Dr. Telander checked my teeth thoroughly and is always very nice. I always look forward to going to Southdale Dental.
Would like to express my thanks & gratitude to Dr. Sundet...leaving for an extended European vacation this week, and Dr. Sundet not only made time in her busy schedule, but was also able to expedite a new crown/repairs before I left.... Thank you!
Great service all the time
My tooth had cracked off and I was given an appointment immediately. Dr Healy and Nikki were very calm, supportive and took care of my tooth quickly. This allowed me to make an appointment at a later date when it would be repaired permanently.
From scheduling to the actual appointment, this was a great experience. Pleasant efficient office staff, lovely clean office, very professional dentist and dental hygienist and great care--They explained things clearly, reviewed the treatment plan and care was excellent.
Per usual, Debbie & Dr Healey were very good on listening to my concerns & making suggestions for future steps. I was treated very well by both of them. They are a good team!
I would recommend Southdale Dental. I have been a Client for several years and always found the staff to be very competent, cheerful and helpful.
I am fine with an oral hygienist's suggesting what I can do better with home care, but to be complimented repeatedly as well is very encouraging and appreciated. This is what I get from my hygienist. Thank you so much!!
Karen has been my hygienist for 15+ years, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. She's efficient, does a great job of cleaning, and encourages to take care of my teeth without lecturing.
