Always on time. Had cleaning today, excellent care by Ashley! New dentist for me is Dr. Healy-very kind and gentle. Carefully reviewed films and recommended a future appointment for treatment.Scheduling next appointments was easy and on the days that work for me! Much appreciation!
Ann was very good. She was friendly, answered my questions, and did a thorough job. I'll return to her again.
I've been going to Southdale Dental Associates for as long as I could remember. My last visit went well. I really enjoyed this time because my dental hygienist, Sara, didn't nag me about my flossing habits. She was very friendly throughout the cleaning. I highly recommend them because they are always on top of your appointments. They have excellent communication. I prefer it when they text me.
Dr Bainer is a true rock star. She has diagnosed and corrected some really weird stuff for me. (Incomplete wisdom tooth removal that migrated years later to cause a painful "bump") Anyway, she is so thorough and caring. A panoramic X ray today revealed a possible carotid artery calcification. She is sending the results to my internist. You cannot find a more caring and thoughtful dentist.
