Absolutely horrible complex to live in! There are roaches in the apartments that management does not address or make an effort to handle - disgusting! Maintenance does a half a** job or just doesn’t respond/ come to fix the issue at all. If you have issues at move in from your move in checklist don’t count on them being fixed in a timely manner, if AT ALL. All the dumpsters constantly overflowing with trash everywhere. This place is disgusting. Please do not live here unless you want roaches as roommates :)
They can't keep maintenance workers they don't want you to contact management within here one year and I think a month and nothing that we said on the moving checklist that was wrong has been fixed nothing
Worst management and maintenance I have ever experienced EVER. I have sent photographs of major damage caused by upstairs neighbors.. crickets. Nothing. I have a hole (huge) in my wall where maintenance fixed a pipe and never came back. My upstairs neighbors are insane.. dirty, loud, obnoxious, flooded my living room messing with their water pipes, their kids trickle trash and sticky soda all over our porch almost daily.. on and on it goes..) The only thing I have an issue with is not being able to email the office. I'd sure like to send an email, I'm extremely busy and don't have time to stop in. H10 has an unwelcome guest and after 4 months I think it's passed their 7 day guest limit. The particular person of interest was removed from a homeless shelter for arguing the rules and has prior convictions, and stares at the children and other tenants here, which is alarming and I shouldn't have to carry protection and escort my wife and kids around.
