Roach infestation!!!!!!do not move here! They lie please press them they are gross and incompetent. Roaches galore. Do something instead of putting down sticky traps what has been done but empty promises one of managers actually live in the disgusting place while the other won’t step foot into any of the buildings. So the to your face lies be prepared cause they will smile while doing so
So we signed the lease on September 19th, 2025 and we were told the unit will be cleaned during the viewing and it was not so that was a lie, the place has a cockroach infestation and is uninhabitable for anyone or animals to stay in, they let us move in know that this place is a health risk and was left uncleaned.

Absolutely horrible complex to live in! There are roaches in the apartments that management does not address or make an effort to handle - disgusting! Maintenance does a half a** job or just doesn’t respond/ come to fix the issue at all. If you have issues at move in from your move in checklist don’t count on them being fixed in a timely manner, if AT ALL. All the dumpsters constantly overflowing with trash everywhere. This place is disgusting. Please do not live here unless you want roaches as roommates :)
They can't keep maintenance workers they don't want you to contact management within here one year and I think a month and nothing that we said on the moving checklist that was wrong has been fixed nothing
