Such horrible experience. Front desk is very rude and they never answer their phone. Please improve customer service. Not acceptable.
Only giving this place any stars because of Dr. Guerra who is the best doctor in Florida. However, the front desk staff and waiting periods here are horrible. The older black guy that works the front desk will tell you that “he ain’t the one” and talk to you like your calling a hood barbershop and not a government health clinic. If i could give no stars, I would. Came here to complete medical exams and immunizations for deployment. They didn't update any of my information, and I ended up having to get the same vaccines again. That was after a 2 hour drive since this was my assigned medical facility.
How’s that someone can be number 1 in the queue and I have been waiting for someone to pick up the phone for the last 25mins… highly encouraged for this clinic to get me staff members
Mr.Ditas is the best provider I've ever had. I have been able to address so many issues that have either been ignored by other providers, or deemed "not so important" by myself. He has always made me feel like my concerns, however small, were valid, and I will be sad when we leave the area and I have to find a new provider. He has truly set a high standard of care that I can only hope to meet elsewhere.
