I have invested in rental property for a long time. It has generally been good to me with some exceptions. South coast properties is by far the best management company I have used. My properties are almost always rented. When a renter leaves, they take care of everything and have had people waiting for the cleaners to move in almost immediately. Jessica in particular is always on the ball, she is the greatest.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE This was the absolute worst experience with a property management company. WASTE OF MONEY. In short: The manager failed to put a For Rent sign in the yard or windows, after being asked and told twice. Manager failed to let us know the TENANT MOVED OUT and on that same weekend the manager failed to let us know she would be ON VACATION.
